A CHRISTMASSY TRAYBAKE
Fancy some of those holiday flavours without the hassle of cooking a full christmas dinner? This traybake is prepped in 10 minutes and cooked in 30 minutes - perfect for a midweek dinner.

Serves: 2. Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2 baking potatos
200g chestnut mushrooms
1 leek
200g brussel sprouts
150g cooked chestnuts
6 sausages of choice
1 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp rosemary
0.5 tsp sage
Salt and pepper
Gravy to serve
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Dice the potatos, slice the mushrooms and leek and trim the brussel sprouts.
Place the vegetables on a bake tray, along with the chestnuts.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, sage and rosemary - toss together.
Add the sausages in the centre of the baking tray and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve immedietly with a side of gravy
