Easter Special: Chocolate Easter Egg Nests

AN EASTER SNACK
Happy Easter Everyone! Keeping in tradition with providing an Easter special recipe each year - I am here with 2020's one! This recipe is super easy and requires only 5 ingredients and no baking! It is also the perfect little snack or dessert to provide yourself or loved ones with this Easter!
It can also be made dairy-free/vegan friendly/gluten free if required, so is perfect for any dietary requirement!
Makes: 8 nests. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
120g dark chocolate (vegan dark chocolate works to!)
100g rolled oats (you can use gluten free is needed)
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
4 tbsp milk of choice (I use almond mylk)
Bag of mini eggs
METHOD
Melt the chocolate and honey/syrup together in a pan over a low heat.
Once melted add the oats and milk and combine.
Using a nest mould (I use a cupcake tray), divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten the mixture out in each nest and then with a tsp, press down in the centre of each mixture to make the shape of a nest.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Finally, scoop the nests out of each mould and place 2 mini eggs in each nest!
