Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Baked Oats

A DESSERT BUT BREAKFAST

Love oats? Want yet another way of enjoying them? Well look no further - why not try these decadent raspberry and dark chocolate baked oats. These are so great for a super yummy breakfast or even as a dessert! I have provided a recipe for 1 person, but simply double/triple etc. the recipe if you want to make it for more!

Serves: 1. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cooking Time: 25 minutes


INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 100ml milk of choice

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 30g dark chocolate chunks/chips

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries


METHOD

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180C

  2. Combine you oats, milk, banana, baking powder, nut butter and maple syrup into a blender and blend until it forms a smooth consistency.

  3. Add in the chocolate chunks and stir together with a spoon.

  4. In your dish (I use a 17cm dish for one person), place your raspberries across the bottom of the dish and then pour your oat/chocolate mixture on top.

  5. Bake in the oven for 25minutes and enjoy!
